01. Can we customise a package?

Yes 100%, we can customise a package to suit you. We also have additional services for video, if you want a longer film or edit ceremony. Let us know what you are after and well customised a package just for you!

02. Where are you based? And do you travel??

We are proud to be based on the stunning Gold Coast in Australia, but we're always excited to travel to new locations to capture love stories!

We're happy to let you know that all of our packages now include travel fees within Australia, so you won't need to worry about any additional charges for our travel expenses.

If your wedding is taking place outside of Australia, please do let us know!

We're always open to creating customised packages that fit your needs and budget. And if your location exceeds our "brand identity", let's work something out together.

03. How will we receive our photos/film?

After we've edited and processed your photos and films, we will deliver them to you in the most convenient way possible. You can expect an online gallery where you can view and download your images in high-quality for both printing and sharing with your loved ones. Your films will be delivered via an online link as well, so you can enjoy them anytime and anywhere. We'll also upload your films to our YouTube channel, which is great for easy sharing. Depending on the package you choose, you may also receive a custom box containing prints and a USB.

04. How long until we receive our photo/film?

Our turnaround time is about 4 - 6 weeks from the wedding day.

05. How many photos will we receive?

We aim to deliver 100 per hour of coverage. So if you book a 8-hour package, you’ll receive 800+ photos. If you book a 10-hour package, you’ll then receive 1000+ photos.

06. How much is your booking fee? And when is it due?

To secure your wedding date, we require a $1000 deposit as a booking fee, which is due within 7 days of signing the contract. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. We also offer payment plans and instalments. Please feel free to contact us for more details on how we can help you make the payments more convenient.

07. We don’t know how to pose and we’re worried we’ll look awkward in front of the camera. Will you help us?

Don't worry, we totally get it! It's completely normal to feel a bit awkward in front of the camera, especially if you're not used to posing. But here's the thing - our style is all about capturing real, authentic moments, so we want you to feel comfortable and be yourselves during your shoot. That said, we also know that a little bit of direction can go a long way in creating beautiful photos. We'll suggest some poses to get you started, but then we'll let you relax and have fun with each other while we snap away.

If you're feeling extra nervous, we highly recommend booking an engagement session with us. This will give us a chance to get to know each other better and help you feel more comfortable in front of the camera.

08. What's the difference between a 'Highlight Video' and a 'Feature Film'?

A Highlight Video is a condensed summary of the most important moments of the wedding day, typically around 2-3 minutes long, with licensed music and no audio capture. It's designed to be visually stunning and capture the emotion and energy of the day in a concise and impactful way.

A Feature Film, on the other hand, is a longer, more comprehensive video that documents the entire wedding day and captures audio throughout, such as vows, speeches, and other important audio elements. It's typically around 6-8 minutes long and tells the story of the wedding day in a cinematic way, capturing all the emotions, moments, and details that make the day unique.

09. As you are a small team, in the event of sickness or accidents, do you have a contingency plan in place to cover the situation?

In case of sickness, accident, or other event beyond our control, we will arrange for a substitute professional photographer and videographer that aligns with our style and work ethics. On another hand, if you decide to find another professional yourself, we can instead terminate the agreement and refund all the payments made, including the 50% retainer. 

11. We love your work, but can we see what a full wedding photography gallery typically look like?

Absolutely! If you access “creativeweddingco.pic-time.com”, you’ll be able to view all of our recent weddings. That will also give you an idea of what your online gallery will look like when you receive it.

12. Do we need to feed you and your team?

Yes, please! We will need some sustenance to keep us going throughout the day, so we would greatly appreciate being provided a meal. Your venue should offer vendor meals. Just let your coordinator know to have us eat at the same time as the bridal party and guests, and we'll be good to go. Thanks for taking care of us on your special day!
