And let's be real, one of the most important parts of your big day is capturing those magical moments that you'll want to relive over and over again through photos and videos.
We know that planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming, but booking your photography and videography shouldn't be. That's where we come in! Our goal is to make the process easy, fun, and stress-free for you.
If you're considering us for your wedding day, here's a sneak peek of what our process looks like:
Step 1: Let's Chat
Our first step is all about getting to know you and your partner. We want to hear about your love story and what you have in mind for your wedding day. After you get in touch via our contact page, we'll send you our packages via email and set up a consultation to chat more. Whether it's in person, via video call, or through email - we're here to make it easy and stress-free. During the consultation, we can discuss your needs and help you choose the right package for your special day.
Step 2: Pick Your Perfect Package
Next up, we'll put together a package that's perfect for your big day based on what we've learned about you and your vision. You'll have the final say on which package works best for you, and we'll be here to guide you every step of the way.
Step 3: Secure Your Date
Ready to make it official? Once you've picked the perfect package for your big day, let's lock in that date! Our calendar fills up fast, so the sooner you secure your spot, the better. We'll send over a contract for you to sign and request a deposit to guarantee your date.
Step 4: Let's Plan Your Perfect Day
Now it's time to plan everything and finalize the details! We'll work closely with you to make sure we capture all the special moments that you want on your big day. We'll send you a questionnaire to get all the necessary information and go over specifics like your wedding timeline, family photo list, your do's and don'ts, and the different locations we could shoot at.
We'll also put together a run sheet for your wedding day, and we'll go over it together 1-2 weeks before to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you have a wedding coordinator who has created a run sheet of their own, please share it with us so that we can work together to ensure your day is seamless.
Step 5: It's Your Wedding Day!
The moment you've been waiting for has arrived! We'll be there every step of the way to document all those magical moments, from the first kiss to the last dance. You can trust us to capture all the emotions, laughs, tears, and everything in between. Don’t forget to soak up every moment, because it all goes by so fast!
Step 6: Bringing Your Memories to Life
After your wedding day, the fun doesn't stop! We'll take all the incredible moments we captured and work our magic to create a stunning collection of photos and videos that will take you right back to that special day. We know you're eager to see them, so we'll send you a sneak peek within a week and the full collection will be ready within 4-6 weeks. Get ready to relive all the magic and love from your wedding day over and over again!
